Solène M. is currently the Responsable emploi formation at Sabena Technics, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, Solène worked in various human resources and recruitment positions, including at Mondial Assistance France, where they oversaw a significant training budget and initiated multiple training projects. They have also contributed to recruitment efforts at companies such as ENGIE Solutions and Groupe Atlantic, among others. Solène is pursuing a Master’s degree in Development of Human Resources and Change Strategies at the Institut catholique de Paris, as well as a licence in Human Resources and Social Relations at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
