Frank Bednar

Frank Bednar is an experienced finance executive with a robust background in financial leadership and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for SabesWings since May 2024, Frank previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at GoTu from September 2023 to January 2026, and at Rx Savings Solutions from April 2016 to September 2023. Additional board experience includes a role at Storewise by Ladle from April 2019 to May 2023. Frank's extensive career also includes significant roles at Quest Diagnostics, where positions ranged from Executive Director of Finance for Diagnostic Solutions to Finance Director across multiple divisions. Other notable positions include CFO at Balance Innovations and Innovision, as well as Controller at Imperial PFS. Frank Bednar began the career in accounting with Hallmark Cards. Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.
