Andy Fu

Andy Fu is a PMP Certified professional with extensive experience in HR operations and information technology. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the People Process department within HR Operations APAC at 沙特基础工业公司 since July 2008, Andy leads a six-member team to enhance HR processes across Asia Pacific, ensure data quality, and implement new HR systems. Previous roles include Global Program Manager in HR Enablement, Asia HRIS Leader, and Manager for BI Config & Development, where Andy has driven significant HRIS transformations and business intelligence solutions. Andy's career commenced at GE, participating in the Information Management Leadership Program, and included a research position at Microsoft focusing on search technology. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from South China University of Technology.
