Bart Steens

Bart Steens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and business transformation, currently serving as the European Change Leader for the STAR S/4 HANA Program at SABIC since 2003. In this role, Bart manages the change associated with the S/4 HANA business transformation, focusing on stakeholder adoption and resistance management tailored to the European context. Prior positions include Senior Specialist IT Business Partner Europe, where Bart facilitated relationships between global IT and various business units, and Senior Manager IT ERP Services Europe, where Bart led a team to deliver 24/7 ERP services. Bart holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
