Joseph Dotzman

Joseph Dotzman is the Vice President of Manufacturing and Site Services at SABIC/Scientific Design LLC, where they oversee catalyst production and manage supply chain operations. With over twenty-five years of experience in operational excellence, Joseph began their career at General Motors, honing skills in manufacturing operations and quality control. They have also held leadership roles at Benjamin Moore & Co. and BOC, where significant improvements in efficiency and safety were achieved through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Scranton, Joseph continues to seek innovative solutions and foster high-performing teams.
