Khalid Hashim is a Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer at SABIC (Petrokemya), bringing nearly 15 years of experience in high-quality engineering projects and maintenance within the petrochemical and power sectors. Khalid has extensive expertise in maintenance, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities for site-based control systems, working with a variety of systems such as Triconex SIS, Honeywell Safety Manager, and Siemens S7 PLC. Prior to their current role, Khalid served as an Electrical Engineer with the Dams Implementation Unit from 2006 to 2008. Khalid earned an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology, completing their studies in 2006.
