Michael Tripp

Michael Tripp has extensive experience in chemical engineering and project management, currently serving as the Capital and Project Manager at SABIC since December 2011, where previous roles included Sr. Engineer and Reliability Process Engineer. Expertise lies in extrusion processes, where Michael has focused on improving process rates, yields, and quality, while also leading Lean programs and mentoring co-op students as a JHSC Management Co-chair. Prior to SABIC, Michael held positions such as FANAR+ Site Readiness Leader at Neo Material Technologies Inc., Production Supervisor at Recapture Metals, and Hydrometallurgical Engineer at Apotex Inc., among others. Michael Tripp obtained a Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
