Previously served as a Production Supervisor at SABIC and held the position of Supervisor at Air Canada/Aveos from 1990 to March 2012, overseeing operations in various areas of the Engine Maintenance Centre, including CFM Final Assembly, APU, Electrical Harnesses, Machine Shop, and Tooling. Ray O'Connor is an alumnus of Mohawk College.
