Stephen Shuler

Stephen Shuler is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director for both the Americas and Asia Automotive divisions at SABIC since December 2007. Shuler has held various leadership roles within SABIC, including Director of Asia Automotive Marketing and has also served as President and Chief Technology Officer at Exatec, LLC, focusing on developing innovative technologies for polycarbonate window glazing. Prior to SABIC, Shuler worked at GE Plastics where responsibilities included Marketing Director for Powertrain Components and Global Technical Manager. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Composite Materials from the University of Delaware, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, along with certifications from the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management. Additionally, training at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management complements Shuler's expertise in sales and management.
