Amanda Tincher

Amanda Tincher has a diverse work history in various roles and industries.

Amanda started their career in 2009 as an intern at Showdown Management and later interned at Platform Artist Management in 2009 and Proper Management in 2010.

In 2011, they joined Staples as a Copy Center Print Pro / Production Expert, where they led a team, met sales goals, and provided quality customer service.

Amanda then transitioned to ADP in 2013, starting as a Manual Check Processor I. Amanda quickly advanced through the ranks and became a Manual Check Processor II, where they processed manual checks and trained new associates. Amanda later became an HCM Service Consultant II, serving as a subject matter expert and processing regular and off-cycle payrolls for a large multi-state company.

In 2016, Amanda joined Ultimate Software as a Payroll Specialist and eventually became a Senior Payroll Specialist. Amanda led a team, received certification, and managed the payroll for customers with over 10,000 employees, including international assignments.

Amanda'snext move was to Namely in 2018, where they started as a Managed Services Team Lead and later became a Managed Services Manager. In these roles, they managed teams supporting small to mid-sized clients with payroll processing and handled client issues and payroll processing oversight. Amanda also began developing an initiative to improve the onboarding and training process but paused due to COVID-19's impact on the business. Amanda then briefly served as a Client Services Manager, managing a team supporting SaaS clients.

In 2020, Amanda joined Sability as an Operations Manager, Managed Services. Amanda grew the team, transitioned to a virtual team structure, and fostered a collaborative atmosphere.

Most recently, they worked as a Payroll Manager at Noodle until 2023.

Currently, Amanda holds the position of System Consultant at Sability.

Amanda Tincher obtained a BBA degree in Music Business from Belmont University. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in October 2016. No specific start or end years were provided for their education at Belmont University.
