Eric Hoffmann oversees sales strategy, operations and execution. He is a 25-year HCM and WFM veteran having held various positions in sales, service, operations and management at industry leaders Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce and Workplace Systems. Eric’s specific areas of expertise include a deep understanding of Workforce Management, from Data Collection, Time and Attendance and Scheduling, to Labor Tracking, Compliance and Analytics. His understanding of the unique requirements of specific vertical markets, coupled with direct experience with HCM solution providers, offers the customers a complete industry perspective while preparing them for current and future success. Eric is a graduate of the University of Akron, with Bachelor of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees.
