Kathy Kruse

Kathy Kruse has a strong background in business development, strategic consulting, and account management. Kathy currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Sability, a role they assumed in 2023. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, Kathy worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at EmPower HR. Kathy also has experience as a Strategic Account Manager at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from 2020 to 2021 and at Ultimate Software from 2017 to 2020. Before that, Kathy was a Senior Vice President and Partner at ihouse, a HUB International company, where they managed client satisfaction, revenue, and a team of business development experts. Kathy held various roles at ihouse from 2012 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Kathy gained experience in account management as an Account Manager at Paycor from 2010 to 2012 and as a Senior District Manager at ADP from 2006 to 2010. Kathy started their professional journey in sales at Central Steel & Wire in 2000. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in HRIS technology, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

Kathy Kruse completed their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. Prior to their university education, they graduated from Victor J Andrew High School in 1996.
