Krissy Johnson

Krissy Johnson, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Sability since May 2025. Prior to this role, Krissy worked at UKG from October 2010 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing strategic product initiatives and leading a team of project managers and implementation consultants. Earlier in career, Krissy gained experience at Ceridian, progressing from Customer Success to Consulting Manager, overseeing the operations of a virtual Professional Services department. Krissy holds a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, as well as Psychology.
