Sherry Parrish

Sherry Parrish is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Resource Management and consulting. Currently serving as Director of HCM Consulting Services at Sability since October 2012, Sherry specializes in full life cycle implementation support, project management, and post-production services for Ultimate Software products. Previously, Sherry worked as an HRIS Business Analyst at American Fidelity from October 2003 to September 2012, where responsibilities included leading automation initiatives to enhance HR functions and achieving operational efficiencies. Sherry’s earlier roles included Manager of Employee Benefits and Compensation Manager at Lovelace Sandia Health Systems, where Sherry developed comprehensive employee benefit and compensation programs. Sherry's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Human Resources from Southern Illinois University, alongside extensive training in Ultimate Software.
