Susan Finley

Susan Finley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Susan started their career at Focus on the Family as an Integration Analyst in 2012. Susan then moved on to David C. Cook, where they worked as a Website Consultant from June 2012 to January 2013, and later as a Global HR Manager/HRIS/Compensation specialist from September 1999 to May 2012. In 2013, Susan joined Compassion International as an HR Systems Analyst/Manager, and worked there until November 2015. From November 2015 to December 2016, they worked in HR Contract and Real Estate Investments on a contract basis. In 2016, Susan joined Sability as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Susan Finley began their education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 1990, studying Computer Science. Their studies at this institution lasted until 1991, but they did not obtain a specific degree during this time. After a gap of a few years, they enrolled in Colorado Christian University in 1994, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management/Human Resources. Susan completed their studies in this field in 1995. In addition to their formal education, Susan obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) from SHRM in June 2000.
