Christopher Nickson

Christopher Nickson is a seasoned professional in engineering and technical consulting, currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Group Professional Services Practice Leader at Sabio since January 2017. In this leadership role, Christopher manages a team overseeing three technical delivery teams specializing in Avaya, Verint, Genesys, and Amazon Connect technologies. Prior to this, Christopher held various positions at Sabio, including Implementation Manager, where responsibility included managing a team of Avaya engineers to deliver complex solutions, and Lead Consultant for Avaya. Christopher's previous experience includes serving as a Technical Consultant at IP Netix Limited, where leadership of a telephony team was integral, and as a Network Solutions Engineer at Intrinsic, delivering significant Avaya projects. Christopher began a career at BT as an Apprentice and progressed to Field Specialist Engineer, delivering Avaya solutions. Educational credentials include a Foundation degree in Business Information Technology from Stanford University and a BTEC National Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Wigan & Leigh College.
