Don Halliday

Don Halliday's work experience begins in 1992 with the British Army, where they worked as a Signaller and later as a Systems Engineer until 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they were employed as a Residential Installer at Virgin Media. Don then worked as a Telecoms Engineer at Telinet from 1999 to 2001 and at Sitel from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Sage as an Engineer (Telephony) and gradually advanced to the positions of Senior Engineer (Telephony), Platform Architect (Contact Centre), and Enterprise Architect Contact Centre & Collaboration, with the last role concluding in December 2018. Since January 2019, Halliday has been employed at Sabio, initially as a Solutions Architect and currently as the PreSales Market Lead Solution Architect / Team Lead.

Don Halliday attended Mortimer Comprehensive from 1985 to 1990. After that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Army Apprentice College in Harrogate. Don's educational background does not include any specific degree or field of study. In addition, Don obtained a UJET Delivery Partner certification from UJET in November 2022.
