Karolina Gdula is currently the Lead Talent Acquisition at Sabre Poland, where they actively recruit specialists in various IT fields. With a career spanning over a decade, Karolina has held multiple roles in talent acquisition, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiter at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Prior to entering recruitment, Karolina worked in customer service and e-commerce at Vimea Sp. z o.o. and held teaching positions in English language education. They earned a master’s degree in Business English and Translation from WSH-E w Łodzi.
