Matthew Bissell

Matthew Bissell, CISM, currently serves as Sr. Director of Architecture, Engineering, and Cyber Threat Management at Sabre Corporation since November 2020, previously holding the role of Director for Global Cyber Threat Management and Incident Response. Prior to Sabre, Bissell held various positions at Aristocrat, including Director of Information Security GRC & ASM, overseeing global information security programs and risk assessments. Bissell's extensive experience at Caesars Entertainment Corporation includes roles such as Director of Cybersecurity, Deputy CISO, and Lead Manager of Policy & Governance, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Security Operations Center, incident response, policy development, and training programs. Earlier career achievements include significant roles in IT compliance and paralegal management, as well as service in the United States Air Force focused on avionics program management.
