Rency Mathew

Rency Mathew is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director for India and APAC ANZ People Leader at Sabre Corporation since April 2022, Rency previously held significant positions at Light & Wonder India, overseeing HR for a workforce of 1,700 employees as Vice President and Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior HR leadership roles include Director at IBM, where Rency managed HR for Marketing and Finance Towers, and HR Leader at Delphi, among others. Rency began a career in recruitment at PROMAN IT & Management Services. Rency holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bhopal University.
