Silvana Mamone

Silvana Mamone has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. From August 2016 to May 2018, Silvana served as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Jaume y Sere Comercio Exterior/Logistica, overseeing the HR management and development across multiple companies in the group. Since May 2018, Silvana has been working as an HR Business Partner at Sabre Corporation, managing HR policies and functional areas such as employee relations and training. Prior roles include Generalista de Recursos Humanos and Analista de Recursos Humanos at Finning South America, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, internal communications, and employee well-being initiatives. Silvana also held positions as Executive Assistant at Tata International Limited and Tata Consultancy Services, supporting management with various administrative tasks. Silvana holds a Licenciado en Ciencias de la Comunicación from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and is currently pursuing a Postgrado en Recursos Humanos at the same institution, along with having a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge.
