Steve Milton

Steve Milton is the Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Sabre Corporation, where they provide counsel to the board and executive leadership on governance issues and maintain relationships with institutional investors. Previously, they served as Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP, and held positions at RadioShack Corporation and Kimberly-Clark, gaining extensive experience in securities law, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Milton earned a B.B.A. in Accounting with Highest Honors and a J.D. with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas School of Law, respectively.
