Leisel Frederick

Leisel Frederick has extensive experience in the fields of aviation and training management. Since March 2008, Leisel has served as an Inspector and Safety Trainer/SACAA Designated Examiner at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA). Prior to this role, Leisel worked at South African Airways from March 2000 to March 2023, holding the position of Inflight Manager, responsible for onboard operations. In early 2023, Leisel briefly served as Training Manager at CCI South Africa, the largest BPO in Africa, overseeing the implementation of new training designs for various stakeholders. Leisel's early career included managerial roles at Queenspark and Truworths from 1995 to 2000. Academically, Leisel has pursued education in Human Resources Development and is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at the University of South Africa.
