SACE Board
Shane Beitz currently serves as the Head of Design, Technology & Engineering at Concordia College Adelaide since January 2015 and concurrently functions as a Design & Technologies Tutor at the University of South Australia since January 2023. Additionally, Shane has been involved with the SACE Board since November 2007 as a Moderator, Marker, and Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Adelaide obtained in 2009 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of South Australia, completed between 1989 and 1992.

SACE Board
The SACE Board of South Australia is responsible for the accreditation of subjects, the recognition of learning and the assessment of student learning as part of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). The office of the SACE Board has a full-time staff of approximately 80, who work in partnership with schools to implement the Board’s curriculum and assessment policies.
