Lisa Lind is a seasoned planner with extensive experience in community development and environmental planning. Currently serving as a Principal Planner at the Sacramento Area Council of Governments since 2025, they have been a member of the American Planning Association since 2006. Previously, Lisa held key roles including Senior Planner for the City of San Diego and Deputy Director at the El Cajon Community Development Corporation, where they focused on economic revitalization and community enhancement.
