John Wager

John Wager, MBA MInstL, serves as the Head of Technology and People at Saddleback Ltd since 2019, following a progressive career that began as IT Manager in 2010. Wager established and structured the IT support function to enhance operations involving SAP Business One and warehouse management systems. As a Director at the UK & Ireland SAP User Group since December 2019, Wager focuses on governance and best practices for the SMB/SME marketplace. Additionally, Wager chairs the SAP Business One User Group, fostering collaboration with resellers and partners. Previous experience as Senior Systems Engineer at Triumph Technologies Ltd involved restructuring support operations, significantly increasing client numbers. Wager holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BEng in Design and Materials Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
