At Sadlers we provide timely, practical advice to individuals, companies and partnerships that are suffering in a financial crisis.

Rob Sadler is an adviser on insolvency & restructuring who prides himself on his independence, which allows Sadlers to focus solely on the needs of each client. Over 20 years of finding solutions means that there are few situations that we haven't seen and solved.

We are based in York but undertake appointments across the North of England and beyond. All client contact is always with a qualified professional and never with a salesman.

We are contactable on 01904 379747 or office@sadlers.ltd and would love the opportunity to help you. Whether you are an individual with personal debts or the owner or director of a business that is suffering from financial pressures we can and will find a solution for you and the creditors.

We also offer advice to creditors who are unsure about how to collect the debt that they are owed and whether their debtor could pay, but is choosing not to, or isn't in a position to make payment.

If you are owed money by an individual, partnership or company that you believe has gone or is about to go into an insolvency procedure then we can demystify the process, review the paperwork and try to increase your prospects of recovering all or a greater proportion of your debt.

We can help with:

Insolvency: Liquidation, Administration and Bankruptcy;
Restructuring: Informal or by way of a Voluntary Arrangement;
Cashflow forecasting;
Refinancing;
Litigation support and expert witness;
Debt collection; and
Debt advisory on behalf of the debtor or creditor.

Whatever the situation, if we aren't best placed to assist, we will be able to guide you to someone who is, but will always support you until you are satisfied that your problem has been solved.
