Rob Proctor is currently the Chief of Materials at Rolls-Royce and has held various roles within the company, including Operations Manager and Joining Engineer. Since 2018, Rob has served as an Executive Board Member of the International Society for Air Breathing Engines, contributing to the global discourse on airbreathing propulsion. In 2023, Rob became the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing and an Aerospace Council Member at SAE International. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Florida and is pursuing a Master of Science in Technology from Purdue University.
