We have created a safe and comfortable environment to support people who are unfamiliar with or uncomfortable in a “typical” gym.

We work with each person to determine what exercise program is most practical for you.

Whether it be regular ongoing support, or program prescription to be completed independently, we will discuss what option is best suited to you.
