David Rassin is the General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at SAExploration since April 2020. Prior to that, David was the Senior Counsel at Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC from September 2014 to April 2020. David also held various legal positions at CB&I, KBR Inc., and Zimmerman, Axelrad, Meyer, Stern & Wise, P.C. David holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Calgary.
