Oriol Castejón

Oriol Castejón is a highly experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and software development, currently serving as an Android Kernel Researcher at SAFA since August 2025. Prior to this role, Oriol was a Vulnerability Researcher at Exodus Intelligence, where responsibilities included analyzing and exploiting vulnerabilities in both open and closed-source software, particularly within the Android kernel. Oriol's extensive background also includes positions as a Senior Security Consultant and Security Consultant at IOActive, where expertise in web application testing, source code auditing, and dynamic analysis of mobile applications was developed. Additional roles include Security Engineer at AttackIQ, Internship Trainee at Getronics Iberia, and Developer at Cyberclick. Oriol holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Information Security from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, respectively.
