Patrick Matthews

Patrick Matthews has extensive experience in human resources and HRIS. Patrick worked at Safe Horizon as the Director of Human Resources & HRIS, where they played a key role in administering HRIS and collaborated with assigned departments on HR issues and projects. Prior to that, they worked at The New York Public Library as the Director of Compensation, managing compensation programs and HR information systems.
