Stacy Schecter is the Director of the Safe Horizon Domestic Violence Law Project, overseeing daily operations and staff supervision since 2023. Admitted to the New York State Bar in May 2011, Stacy has a robust background in family law, serving as a Court Attorney in the New York State Unified Court System and working previously as an Agency Attorney for the NYC Administration for Children's Services. Additionally, Stacy has experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queensborough Community College, where they taught Introduction to American Government and Politics.
