Safe New Futures provides support and self-development training to adults and young people, empowering them to move forward in their lives into further education, training, and employment opportunities.

Our Choices programmes combine group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with vocational training to help individuals overcome barriers such as low confidence, anxiety, and social isolation. We focus on increasing self-esteem, building emotional resilience, and developing practical skills that enable people to take positive steps towards a brighter future.

We also host Modern Day Issues We Love to Ignore — the Safe New Futures podcast. Through real conversations on topics like loneliness, nostalgia, and mental health, we’re opening up the dialogue around the quiet issues that affect so many.
