Brian Pont is a professional with extensive experience in customer success, support management, and geographic information systems. Prior to their current role as VP of Customer Success at Safe Software, Brian held various titles such as Director and Support Manager within the company. Brian also has experience as a Customer Service Manager and GIS Technician at Environmental Criminology Research Inc. Brian holds an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of British Columbia.
