Dave Smith

Dave Smith has over 40 years of work experience, beginning with their role as District Sales Manager at IVAC Corporation in 1979. Dave then moved on to become the Midwest Area Director of Sales at VITALMETRICS in 1985. In 1990, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Reed Daniels Executive Recruiting. In 2002, they founded and became the CEO of DADE Company, an independent sales and marketing company specializing in exponential growth for products and companies represented. Finally, in 2008, they founded and became the CEO of SAFE Steps, Inc., a company that has expanded from a Research & Development phase to a Proof of Concept phase in 2017.

Dave Smith completed a Diploma from Ganesha High School between 1971 and 1974. Dave then attended the University of Uppsala, Sweden, from 1976 to 1978 and earned an International Studies degree in International Business. Following that, they attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1978 to 1979, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Leadership in Management from Jack Welch Management Institute between 2016 and 2018.
