Conrad Thomas

Conrad Thomas has a work experience spanning over several years. Conrad started their career at UPS Supply Chain Solutions in 2012 as a Package Handler, where they demonstrated their ability to drive results and operational process efficiencies. In 2013, they moved on to Accel Networks as a Tier 2 Technician, responsible for configuring and troubleshooting equipment, communicating with project managers, and activating services within the company. Conrad then joined Cspire in 2015 as a Tier 2 network solutions voip, focusing on network solutions and voip technology. Currently, they are working at Safe Systems as a Security Services tier 2, where they are involved in ensuring the security of systems and providing technical support.

Conrad Thomas attended the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In November 2018, they also obtained a certification as a Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) from Juniper Networks.
