Jay Norris earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia Highlands College from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Institute of Technology in 2010 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. From 2016 to 2018, Jay studied Information Technology at Kennesaw State University, though they did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, in February 2020, they obtained the certification of Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco.
