Drew Horn

Drew Horn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at SAFE and as the Founder and CEO of GreenMet, a leading minerals supply chain company, Drew combines knowledge of national security interests with energy development needs. Previous positions include Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, as well as Associate Director of Policy for the Vice President of the United States. Drew's background also includes significant contributions to the Department of Defense as Country Director for Afghanistan, and a distinguished military career as a Special Forces Officer in the U.S. Army and an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Drew Horn holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
