Steph Wagner

As the Technical Program Specialist, Steph Wagner performs analyses to determine the right fit for fleet electrification as well as assists in the development of tools and resources.

Steph has been researching energy and sustainable policy since 2019, having worked with multiple environmental advocacy non-profits. During this period, they also have been a strong advocate in Maryland-local policy while serving as a Deputy Campaign Manager for a County Council candidate. Steph holds a Bachelors of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Maryland and is a Rawlings Undergraduate Leadership Fellowship member.
