Will Marshall

Program Associate at SAFE

Will Marshall is the Program Associate of Freight Electrification for the Electrification Coalition. He supports efforts to advance the electrification of the goods movement industry and other critical EV policies and programs.

Prior to joining EC, Will was the Senior Legislative Assistant at Kountoupes Denham Carr & Reid, a bipartisan lobbying firm, supporting a portfolio of clients in the energy sector. In this role, he assisted in the development and advocacy of his clients’ federal policy and regulatory priorities. Will graduated from the George Washington University with a masters in Environmental Resource Policy where his research focused on fleet electrification, specifically the electrification of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. He also holds a bachelors degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
