Crystal Danbury

Crystal Danbury is a dedicated leader in safety, insurance, and occupational wellbeing, currently serving as the Director of Group Safety at Sainsbury's. With nearly two decades of experience, Crystal has held various leadership positions, including UK HSE Manager at Camelot and Safety Director at Openreach. Crystal is also the founder of True Progression, a coaching program aimed at advancing early and mid-career professionals, particularly women in business. In addition to current roles at Safe365 and Beachborough School, Crystal actively advocates for diversity and ethical practices while managing significant budgets and resources in notable organizations.
