Julius Kümmerle

Julius Kümmerle is the CEO and Co-Founder at SafeAD, specializing in autonomous driving at scale. Prior to this, Julius worked as a Research and Development Scientist at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik, focusing on autonomous driving with expertise in localization and sensor calibration. Julius also has experience as a System Engineer at Roche, and as a Teaching Assistant at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Julius holds a PhD in Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
