Nirav Shah has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.
Nirav started in 2008 with an internship at Kelly and Hayes Electric Supplies, where they designed special panel boards and supervised wiring projects.
In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at SUNY Research Foundation, where they designed and implemented a temperature controller system for a biosensor.
From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Product Development Engineer Sr. at Navistar Inc, contributing to product development initiatives.
From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Project Engineer at Ricardo, focusing on software development in the Connected and Autonomous Vehicles field, specifically working on truck platoon systems.
In 2018, they joined Ridecell as a Control Systems Engineer, working on autonomous driving and control systems until 2021.
Currently, they hold the position of Senior Controls Engineer at SafeAI, Inc, starting in 2021.
Nirav Shah completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering at Stony Brook University from 2008 to 2009.
