Michelle Fishwick

Michelle Fishwick's work experience spans over several decades.

Michelle started their career at Progressive Insurance in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative and then moved on to become a Lead Underwriter. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Marketing Coordinator, Information Technology Manager for the Product Delivery Team, Manager of Personal Lines Auto Rate Revisions, and Director of Personal Lines Auto Rate Revisions on the Product Management Team. In these positions, they played a crucial role in developing and deploying auto products nationwide, implementing pricing changes, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

In 2015, they joined Mindtree as a Program Manager and Principal Consultant, where they oversaw the coordination and administration of a large program for a multinational insurance corporation. Michelle also served as a Delivery Manager, responsible for delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability at the Gainesville Delivery Center.

Since 2018, Michelle has been working at SafeAuto, where they initially served as the Director of Business Delivery. In this role, they managed projects, programs, and portfolios to align with the organization's business strategies and goals. Michelle also led an organization responsible for creating repeatable processes and procedures to ensure quality and speed to market for implementing business initiatives. Michelle has subsequently taken on the role of IT Platform Program Director and currently serves as the IT Process and Delivery Leader.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.

Michelle Fishwick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Kent State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degree, they also received a certification as a Certified SAFe Practitioner (SP) in February 2016.
