Selma Nazar

Selma Nazar has worked as an Automation Test Lead at SafeAuto starting in September 2016. In this role, they implemented an automation framework using Selenium Web driver and Java, conducted API automation using Rest assured and automated REST and SOAP, and performed Performance testing using Gatling. Selma also worked on Azure Devops, prepared pipeline scripts with Gitlab, and delegated and coordinated tasks to the Automation team. Additionally, they conducted Defect Triage meetings with the Development team and was involved in Sprint planning meetings. At SafeAuto, they implemented the Test Automation Framework for the SafeAuto website and developed new automated test scripts using C# and Java. Selma executed automation test scripts with Selenium Grid and published Quality metrics on a weekly basis.

Prior to their role at SafeAuto, Selma worked as a Test Automation Lead at Quest Diagnostics starting in December 2015 and as an Automation Tester at Nationwide from October 2013 to November 2015.

Selma Nazar received their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the TKM Institute of Management in Karuvelil, Kollam. Selma attended this institution from 2007 to 2011.
