Ferdinand Boco Conde

Ferdinand Boco Conde is an accomplished electrical engineer with 30 years of cumulative experience in design, engineering, estimation, management, and project execution. Currently serving as the LQ and HVAC Lead at Altera Infrastructure, they oversee various engineering and inspection duties, including HVAC and EICT commissioning. Previously, they held leadership roles in notable projects such as the Dung Quat Refinery and the Culzean Platform, where they were responsible for various quality control and coordination tasks. Ferdinand earned a Bachelor’s degree from Far Eastern University and has specialized expertise across multiple trades, including HVAC, instrumentation, and telecommunications.
