SafeHaven Energy, SHE, is a Native woman led nonprofit advancing Tribal Energy Planning for Sovereignty in the United States.

SafeHaven Energy focuses on Tribal energy sovereignty, Tribal energy planning, Indigenous clean energy strategy, and community based infrastructure development. We partner directly with Tribal Nations to design culturally grounded energy frameworks that strengthen Tribal self determination, protect community health, and advance climate resilience.

Our work centers the relationship between energy sovereignty and health. Reliable, resilient energy systems protect Elders, support critical medical devices, safeguard refrigerated medicines, and ensure community stability during grid outages and climate emergencies. Tribal energy planning is not only about infrastructure. It is about sovereignty, public health, and protecting future generations.

SafeHaven Energy specializes in foundational planning for communities starting from ground zero. Services include Tribal Energy Self Determination Proclamations, comprehensive Tribal energy plans, microgrid strategy development, renewable energy feasibility guidance, and long term energy resilience planning. We translate complex technical systems into clear, sovereign decision making tools for Tribal leadership.

Too often, Tribal Nations are overcharged or misrepresented in early stage energy development. SafeHaven Energy exists to provide transparent, Indigenous led Tribal energy planning rooted in governance priorities and community values.

Our mission is to elevate Tribal Nations as leaders in clean energy innovation while advancing economic strength, climate action, infrastructure resilience, and Tribal energy sovereignty nationwide.

SafeHaven Energy is building a future where Tribal energy sovereignty is operational, measurable, and community defined.
