With over 30 years of experience in the video game and esports industry, they previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Ready At Dawn Studios and held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Blizzard Entertainment, where they managed various global operations and product strategies. Additionally, Sams contributes as a strategic advisor and board member for several companies, including Scuti.AI and RMG Media. They also have academic experience as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin and Rice University. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
