Amber Harris has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Member Service Specialist at Wright-Patt Credit Union in 2005. Amber then moved to Assurant in 2006, where they served as a Unit Manager in the Secure Master Banking Room. In 2010, they became Self-Employed as a Resume Writer and Career Advancement Coach. From 2012-2018, they held various roles including Property and Casualty & Life, Accident and Sickness Agent at Georgia Licensed Insurance Agent, Business Operations Manager at Farmers Insurance, and GAP Adjuster Supervisor at Safe-Guard Products. In 2017, they became the Customer Service Manager at Kill Cliff, Inc. and in 2019, they were appointed Operations Manager at Safely. In this role, they are solely responsible for operational functions, such as vendor/client management, claim and guest screening maintenance, as well as facilitating training sessions. Amber has also spearheaded various initiatives that have resulted in reduced processing times for claims, increased response times to clients, and customer retention. Additionally, they are the President of Toastmasters International.

Amber Harris attended Alabama State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
